CoStar / Integrated Digital Campaign
CoStar owns homes.com and needed to rapidly recruit professional writers and photographers to create content for the site. We quickly created a recruitment campaign consisting of social media posts, SEM writing, digital ads, and an energetic video. The campaign featured industry jargon that worked to attract qualified candidates while simultaneously discouraging amateurs from applying. The strategy worked. Qualified recruits responded and CoStar met their hiring goals. And it was all completed in just over three weeks.
